Daghatane Beach Estate is a tourism estate and there are two main options for potential visitors to invest here:

1. Purchase an allocated ‘site’ in the estate (currently 3 available). On purchasing a site you become a shareholder in Daghatane and have the right to build a lodge on that site.

2. There are at timeshares available in existing lodges. These lodges are run as syndicated or time shared options.

3. There are currently (March 2026) two outright lodges for sale.
